- Upon registration, we welcome you to the EtherGuru family. You will receive an email confirming the payment and appointment schedule details. We shall use the contact details shared by you for any future correspondences and further references.
- We are committed to keeping your personal details with the utmost privacy.
- It needs to be remembered that advice is given because you asked for it. Accuracy of predictions is based on the data provided and EtherGuru is not liable for any consequences based on the advice tendered. You are to judge the advice given to you on your solicitation. EtherGuru cannot be held responsible or liable for incorrect data given.
- Our services are to be availed strictly during EtherGuru working hours from 10. 30 am to 5.00 pm (IST). You may expect replies to your letters/ queries/ appointments within 24 hours.
- Presently EtherGuru serves our clients only through audio/video conference calls. However, we also believe that meeting in person is more productive and mutually comfortable. We shall review our terms and availability once the situation returns to normal, then our office address would be shared. We hope to do this as early as possible. Till then please exercise patience and bear with EtherGuru.
- We believe in fair policy and observe high standards of etiquette during sessions and expect all our EtherGuruvians to do likewise.
